Live ants can ferment milk to make yogurt, scientists confirmed.

Why it is true

The ancestral technique from the Balkans and Turkey uses acids and bacteria present in ants to accelerate milk fermentation. Scientists from the University of Copenhagen and Michelin-starred chefs recreated the recipe, which results in a slightly acidic and herbaceous yogurt.
