Water can boil and freeze at the same time under specific conditions.
Why it is true
At the so-called triple point, the exact temperature and pressure allow the three phases of matter (liquid, solid, and gas) to coexist in perfect thermodynamic equilibrium. For water, this occurs at very low pressure and near zero temperature.
