Water can boil and freeze at the same time, at the triple point.
Why it is true
The triple point of water occurs at a temperature of about 0.01 degrees Celsius and at very low pressure. At that exact point, water can exist in all three physical states, solid, liquid and gas, in simultaneous equilibrium.
