The first documented computer bug was a moth trapped inside a computer in 1947.
Why it is true
Engineers at Harvard University found a moth stuck between the relays of the Mark II computer. They taped the insect into the logbook with the note first actual case of bug being found. Since then, the word bug has come to mean errors in programs and systems.
