The discovery of coffee is attributed to a goat herder in Ethiopia.
Why it is true
According to legend, an Ethiopian herder named Kaldi noticed that his goats became agitated after eating red berries from a bush. He tried them and felt more awake. From there, coffee began to be consumed in the region, before spreading around the world.
