The cheetah roars like the lion and the tiger.
Why it is true
The cheetah cannot roar. It belongs to the subfamily Felinae, whose members have a rigid hyoid bone that prevents roaring but allows purring. Lions, tigers, leopards and jaguars are the only felines capable of roaring.
