Why it is true
The Ophiocordyceps fungus, known for infecting ants and altering their behaviour, was found living inside mosses at the Adolpho Ducke reserve in Manaus. The discovery suggests the fungus has two ways of life, one as an insect parasite and another living silently inside plants.
